One hour of private strength coaching that will take place online in the comfort of your home. For folks with serious strength, performance and/or body composition goals or folks who simply need accountability and detailed personal instruction. All sessions take place via Zoom, you should have a solid home gym setup that includes adjustable weights and some space to move. You will also need stable wifi connection.

I recommend training 2x a week for a minimum of 6 months to learn the fundamentals and/or make measurable changes in your body. All sessions are 55 minutes and are completely tailored to your individual goals. You will be given custom programming outside of sessions to help improve consistency and get better results.

1 on 1 In PERSON TRaining(Private Brooklyn Location)
