What can you expect from me as your coach:
Science, Support and Accountability: As your coach, it is my responsibility to guide you towards achieving your goal in a safe, simple and ethical manner. I am here to alleviate any anxieties and confusion you may have, using a highly personal and compassionate approach. I use science-supported methods but I also treat my clients as individuals and make adjustments based on how your body responds to training.
Clear Communication and Compassion: It is very important to establish a clear line of communication during the client/coach relationship. I want all of my athletes to feel very comfortable asking questions and raising concerns. During our time to together we will learn how to ask great questions to get better results and get to be better athletes not only physically but mentally as well. I’m a firm believer that a successful, working relationship must be based on mutual care. I am not here to simply give you protocols and expect you to execute. We work together to set clear objectives and boundaries from the beginning and we execute them together. I always say to my athletes: YOU are the captain and I am the navigator. Be clear about where you want to go and I’ll help get you there!
What I expect from my clients:
Communication: Being extremely honest and clear with all communications will make it easier for me to give you the proper assessment and feedback that you need. Ask for what you want, be precise, and alert me when there are obstacles. I am here to strategize with you to help you navigate any issues that will come up. This takes time and practice, but the more committed we are to clarity from the start, the more successful we will be in reaching our goals.
Your best effort! : The fact that you are even reaching out to me for coaching shows a tremendous willingness to improve and level up in your life. I ask that you show up everyday and do your very best to IMPRESS YOURSELF and be tenacious in the pursuit of very small daily improvements. You’ll be absolutely amazed at how your gradual progress in the gym and the kitchen carries over to success and happiness in your daily life.
